This course provides an introduction to the Atlassian JIRA software tools so that participants can immediately apply this knowledge back on the job in order to prioritise, assign, track, report and audit their project tasks/issues. JIRA is basically one application that can manage bugs/change requests tracking, project management, task tracking, requirement management & workflow management based on business process. JIRA helps you to have better team visibility, do better prioritization of tasks, improve teamwork and ensure less downtime between tasks with more predictability.
